Does anyone know of any Asian cooking classes in Singapore? I would especially be interested in Malay, Indian or Chinese cooking.
Thanks in advance!

Some ideas for cooking lessons in Singapore:
http://www.cookerymagic.com/. The lessons are given at the chef’s home on Pulau Ubin, which is an interesting trip in itself. It’s about 15 minutes on a boat from the Changi area. You can also rent bikes and explore the island, most of which is national park.
http://www.shermay.com. This is in Holland Village, and interesting collection of restaurants and shops outside the main tourist areas. You would need to take a bus or taxi, but it is easy to find, about 10 minutes drive from the Orchard Road area (at some point I think in 2011 there will be an MTR stop there).
http://www.corianderleaf.com/courseschedule.html. This is in the River Valley Road area, just south and east of the Orchard Road area.
If Apollo Banana Leaf Curry (78 Race Course Road) or Sam’s Curry give cooking lessons, either would be a great place to go (if that is the case, please post back here!). See http://www.thebananaleafapolo.com/ and http://www.samyscurry.com/index.html or send them an e-mail
Also, check with places like the Tiffin Room at the Raffles hotel, they may offer cooking lessons.
you are the best. I will let you know which one I chose
