Cooking classes in HCMC?

I'll be in Saigon in a couple of days and am interested in taking a cooking class. Any recommendations?

Has anyone taken the classes at the Vietnam Cookery Center? http://www.expat-services.com/index2E.html This one is listed in Lonely Planet and was also in an NY Times article, but I'd love to hear any personal reviews.
