Contacting Bangkok Airways

Hello,
I'm having a hell of a time contacting BA- they were supposed to send me my e-tix today for my Discovery AirPass, and when I call the 866-Bangkok number, there is only a voicemail and no one is answering.

Does anyone have any tricks for contacting them?

Thanks!
Charlie

I called 1-866-BANGKOK this morning and got through straight away. I'm pretty sure the office is West Coast-based, so call early...around 10/11 AM PST and you should have no troubles.

You can only call them during business hours - that was my experience. I called them at 8 am PST and was able to get through on a weekday.

Hope that helps.

they're based in India, but their hours seem to be US west coast. So try during business hours around then. Also, if they sent you an email confirmation, you can just reply to that and they will get back to you within a few hours. I've done this many times now, including making a change to one of the flight times.

Depending on what time you call, you may get an India call center or their US call center.

Really? I have yet to get anyone from the US. Their answering machine is by an Indian person as well and all my emails have been answered by Indian personnel. And I've called and sent emails at least 10 times now

Interesting. Plenty of people have reported talking with someone in the US. When I called, I spoke with an agent in the US.
