Connecting in Seoul, South Korea on Korean Air

Jump to last reply

Saturday I depart for my 3 week trip to Vietnam, Cambodia & Thailand (Yipee!). I'm flying Delta from Savannah to Atlanta, then Korean Air from Atlanta to Seoul with a connection on to Hanoi.

I realize this may seem like a silly question, but here goes anyway...I've looked at the Seoul aiport website and it looks like for my connection I will go through a security checkpoint before boarding my flight to Hanoi. My question is, will I also need to go through passport control? It appears to me that I will not go through passport control in Seoul, but I like to be as informed as possible, so I'm not wandering about the aiport wondering where I need to go!

Any help with this is much appreciated.
