I have searched Foder's, Open Rice HK, NY Times Travel, etc., and am almost convinced that I won't be able to find Ethiopian food in Hong Kong. True?? Does anyone know of any?
One of my favorite foods in Atlanta was Ethiopian. But, since we moved away first to Germany and now Singapore, I have not been able to satisfy my craving for injera. I am pretty certain that Singapore does not have an Ethiopian restaurant. But I'll be in Hong Kong next week and am hoping that there may be one there.
Any suggestion is appreciated!! Thank you!!

I love Ethiopian too, and have to admit I have never had it here. But I love a challenge! Let me ask around. There is a large African contingent living in the Lam Kam Road area of the New Territories not far from Tai Po, so you may have to be willing to travel and be adventurous...
Let me ask my Singaporean friends as well.
I am Cicerone, currently unable to post under my name. Being my mother's daughter, I suspect dark forces at work.)
Hi Cicerone, Glad you have resurfaced. We just returned from India and I wanted to thank you profusely for the Devi Garh rec - We spent 4 nights there and I do think it's one of the world's most perfect hotels.
(sorry to hijack this, ngodeia)
CICII/Cicerone - Thank you! Tai Po could be a nice outing. It would be interesting to have Ethiopian food in the New Territories!
crosscheck - No worries!
