Chitwan: where to stay In May '07

Jump to last reply

we are planning 2 nights for Chitwan. I understand that by staying outside the park in Sauraha, we will be able to enjoy a funky town and do some walking/bicycling on our own. If you have any recommendations as to where to stay, feedback would be appreciatd. Also, what are the roads/driving like betwen Sauraha and KTM? thinking of flying there and taking a car or bus back to KTM. thank you Jan

    Hello Janak626,
    Greetings From Nepal again...
Here is me Nakul Devkota again sending you the message as you wrote here about the chitwan.

Normally,it depends on the person that who like what kinds of enjoyment right? So,if you try to get inside the park you may have more chances to view the wild animals better than out side because you will already staying at the lodges inside the park and there is completely natural things and no musics at all and cost is also little high than out side but if you feel comfortable out side then you may stay there and you will still have all the jungle activities by Elephant inside the jungle and when you will have free time then you may chillout by bicycle near the sauraha. And there will be much comfortable if you make a package programme for 2night3days and on the 3rd morning you may get plane to Kathmandu and if you like to get back by land then you may get the tourist bus or Local bus or By Car it depends on your expenses...
So,if you are really looking this trip then pls try to let us know once then we will glad to send you all the details schedules of Royal Chitwan National Park Activities...thanks for your kind looking and wishing your great mails....
    with best rgds
    Nakul Devkota
