Chinese Rail or Air Pass?

Hey,
Does anyone know of a cheap way to travel within China? I have found no general rail pass and the only air passes I have found depart from the states. I have my way to Beijing covered so Im looking for an airpass that could afford me cheap travel to a few cities in china (out of Beijing). Any ideas?
