Trip Report - 5 1/2 days in Luang Prabang

I expect any child would enjoy the zoo, and would be charmed by the breakfast with or tea with the orangatans!
Singapore is extremely child-friendly but some places can be difficult to access with a stroller due to a general lack of ramps in shopping malls etc.
Kids love the Zoo (as mentioned), Botanical Gardens (for running around, picnics), East Coast Park and beaches, Sentosa (with water park and Underwater World), Bird Park etc.
Re restaurants, honestly, ANYWHERE!
Most hotels are well=equipped with pools etc for kids.
How long are you staying?
