Good day!
I am looking for a hotel accommodation for 2 persons for a 3-day stay in Bangkok this last week of November. Budget is 800-1600 THB. Preferably:
- with wi-fi internet connection
- free transport service from airport to hotel and vice versa (if not free, how much is the additional charge or how much would be the taxi fare)
- near skytrain (how many minutes from hotel to nearest station)
- private bathroom
- do they allow early check-in and early check-out since will be arriving at 12:30AM
- will they allow us to stay or leave our baggage before check-in and after check-out.
Please advise us if any.
Thank you.

Take a look at sawadee.com under Bangkok hotels. When you go to the hotel's website, they will have a map so you can check on Skytrain proximity. There will be many hotels in your price range. You can ask us for specific experiences about any hotels that look good.
Many tourists arrive from the US after midnight. You will have to pay for that night. There's no early check-in for the first night.
In your price range, you probably won't get airprt transfers. However, a taxi will run about 400 Baht or $13.00.
Most hotels will allow you to store luggage pre or post check in/out.
Have a look at the Bossotel Hotel. Great location down by the river and in a short walking distance of skytrain or river ferry stops. Get the superior room if you can afford a few extra $. Good reviews

You are choosing to visit during the most expensive time of year for hotels. I usually stay in hotels (with air, HW, private toilet/shower, TV) in the 600 baht range. However, not all cheaper economy hotels have websites you can use. As far as wifi you can go to an internet shop if necessary, for Bangkok it is easy to find places that charge around 1 baht a minute. McDonalds have free wifi as well as some coffee shops. Some hotels have wifi only in the lobby.
Here are a few you can consider - all of these suggestions are not far from the Nana Skytrain stop.
Suk 11 Hostel has individual rooms. Basic accommodation.

Located on Soi 11 almost across from Villa Market grocery store and Ambassador hotel.
Maxims Inn, Sukhumvit Soi 7.

If your time in Bangkok were a little longer I would give you a couple more places without websites you can stay at but should be checked in person first. Don't expect to get 5 star hotels for "NO" star prices. But you will get a reasonably clean room, clean sheets, towels, soap and maybe a TV. (Suk 11 Hostel might not have a TV.) Nana Ibis Hotel on Sukhumvit Soi 4 used to have rooms around 1400 baht but they raised the rates for the Christmas/New Years seasons. The Ibis is not very old at all, link:

(I have used the Happy Inn almost across the street from the Ibis but down a little bit with construction next door. Doesn't look like much from the outside but it is only 600 baht with air! Internet shop in lobby. No website though!)

I arrive in Bangkok on the NWA flight around midnight pretty often. When you book ahead you will pay for a full night but only get a few hours in the room. Same for when you leave and you have to be at the airport for 6 a.m. departures.
Use a meter taxi from the airport. Meter taxi desk is now located on the bottom level in 2 locations. Roughly located between doors 7 and doors 3. One set of 6 desks and another set of 6 desks not far from the taxi rank. If you see a long line you may want to check out the other set of desks. (I was at these meter taxi desks just last week.) Have a good address for your hotel. To Sukumvit Soi 11 or Soi 7 you will pay around 340-390 baht. This includes at least 2 tolls and a 50 baht surcharge. Meter taxi fare covers anyone you can safely stuff in the taxi not per passenger. Have small bills available or if you forget the first time you pay your toll use a 500 or 1000 baht note.
This forum has lots of posts for hotels that are usually higher priced than your budget. You might want to check TripAdvisor travel forum for other suggestions for lower priced places. http://www.tripadvisor.com/ShowForum-g293915-i3686-Thailand.html
Good luck.
