"Chaos" - Tiger Temple in Stand off with authorities
The Tiger Temple seems to be a bit besieged at present. may be a bit difficult getting in....or out.....
100 “illegally” possessed Hornbills and endangered birds....2 missing Jackals, half a dozen bears with no documents and 3 tigers missing, suspected of being illegally traded.....and now a sit-down confrontation with the authorities who attempted to take away the bears.
Here’s a summary from WFFT
Tiger temple update - http://www.wfft.org/wildlife-general...temple-update/
And from Thai PBS.

Closing is not the first step - in fact it could be a case of out of the frying pan for the creatures involved.
what is needed is an organised regime change supervised by an international team of experts. the animals can then be examined catalogued and rehoused according to needs.
just shifting them around the country achieves nothing.
