looks like this sale is already over, I was getting quoted 1200 per ticket with taxes today on Cathay Pacific's site.
Does anyone know anything about EVA? Are they a safe carrier? Orbits is listing them at about 900 including taxes.

Koala-
Did you search for your tickets through the "deal of the month" link or though the regular "search for fares" on Cathay's site?
If not, make sure you are on the USA portal for the Cathay site and then click on the link on the front page to "deal of the month". I'm still getting the special fare when I put in my dates for April. I know when I bought my ticket, the discounted rate did not come up on the regular fare search function.
