cambodia visa

Hi I just want to make sure I can get a visa at the airport in Siem Reap. I arrive at 7:15pm on Sunday Nov. 21st from Vietnam and don't want any problems entering the country.

thanks

Just bring US $20.00 and a passport size picture. Absolutely no problem.
Don't forget it also cost US $25.00 to depart.

We stayed at the Hotel Angkor. Not luxurious, but very nice, well-maintained, clean, etc. with good food for breakfast (included). We also had no problems with visas upon arrival. Just bring the photos and the US dollars.

Did you get a driver and a guide for Angkor Wat? Also, how did you book the hotel and cost of the hotel? thanks.

Max, The travel agent we used in Thailand (Sai at go thailand) booked the angkor portion for us as well - hotels, car driver and most meals. Our guide was excellent; his name is Chhoun Chhang. He set up the itinerary and was extremely knowledgeable and had a good sense of humor. He even took us out in the evenings - one nite for sunset over the ruins, another to a cambodian dinner/dance place. You could book through Sai or you might even do better to try Chhoun directly. Let me know if you would like their contact info.

Many people here will recommend Ponheary Ly as a guide. Just do a search in the forum and you'll find her info
