I've only seen two of the bungalows. We stayed at Castlereigh and loved it. I like having a water view. We visited Summerville, which has public rooms overlooking the lake, but the suites look out on the gardens. I'd be willing to stay there as well, but Castlereigh would be my first choice, in the Tate room.

I think they would all be excellent as far as comfort etc, it's the location that you should choose them for. We stayed at Teintsen and it was lovely we chose this as Castlereigh was already booked up.

I've seen all four, but Castlereigh would be the best as it is right on the reservoir. We stayed at Norwood which is high up and has distant but good views of the reservoir. It is also the largest of the bunch. Tientsen has wonderful gardens and Summerville would be good for a family (and is close to the reservoir, as well).

Yes, I know that is what had me worrying. I had read great reports, then a very negative one. It is all quite overwhelming. It is a lot of money, if in fact the negative criticisms are accurate.

Well mine is accurate as far as my perception of it is BUT then remember it's only my opinion versus probably many other people who like it..( my partner felt the same about it) but I guess it depends what you like and dislike about hotels.... My hotel radar may be totally different to yours.
