I'll say Bintan. I stayed at Bintan Lagoon Resort - they have a private beach which is really gorgeous and many water sports activities available.
There's a club there called Silk in the resort, really cool decor. I saw a shuttle bus bringing people to the club so you get girls who's staying at other resorts too!
