Bhutan with Snow White Tours

We are looking at Snow White tours for a trip to Bhutan next year. I have located only one post on this company, which was positive. However, I wondered if anyone else has used this company?

I don't know about Snow White Tours but I'm going to Bhutan in May and using Nameste Tours. I learned about them on Trip Advisor.

Search again, I thought I remembered a number of Fodorites using Snow White and in fact, I found quite a few posts.

Click advanced search just below the search box, type in Snow WHite Tours in the search box on the next page, check search full topic and replies, choose the Asia Forum. and choose three full year of search dates (change the from date to 2007).

One of our regulars, Robbietravels, did a very complete report on her trip to Bhutan with Snow White.

We LOVED Snow White Tours! I cannot rave about them enough. Everything was absolutely professional....our driver Dophu, our guide Tshewang ...and of course, Kencho. They all made our trip perfectly marvelous.
Last September my husband and I went for two weeks and did not have one complaint. They all made us feel like we were part of the family. We even had the wonderful luck to meet with Kencho twice, once over coffee and once for dinner.
Besides the Bhutanese having the most welcoming nature, Kencho and her company made every effort to accomodate us in any manner we needed. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis, and anything special that I needed, was provided above and beyond. Hope this helps. I told you, I couldnt rave about them enough!!!

We are actually in Bhutan right now on a tour organized by Snow White. I chose them based on Fodorites recommendations and we are very happy. Kencho was very easy to deal with and has given us very personalized service since we have been here. Our guide and driver are also great. We have been here a week so far and have four days left. We are really enjoying our time in the country. I will post a trip report when I return, but can't recommend Bhutan and Snow White enough.

My boyfriend and I went to Bhutan with Snow White Treks and Tours a year ago. In the weeks before we left, Kencho spent a considerable amount of time discussing the trip with us by email and answering our numerous questions.

The guide and driver were excellent and nothing seemed to be be too much trouble. I was also impressed with the accommodation Kencho found us - our first room (in Thimphu) was beautiful and the hotel food was excellent, and we moved on to a chalet with a balcony overlooking Punakha Valley. Our third hotel was more ordinary, but I could tell we were lucky to find a room anywhere near Paro during the famous tsechu. Oh, and the staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful.

We were also lucky enough to meet Kencho a couple of times, and she was very forthright and funny when discussing Bhutanese life. If we ever return to Bhutan, and we would very much like to, we'll definitely try to book with Snow White Treks and Tours again.
