Bhutan

Jump to last reply

A friend of mine is planning a trip to Bhutan and she peaked my interest. Is anyone familiar with Bhutan? would you recommend it as a destination for a unique life-changing experience? All I could find online is that it is hard to get to and very expensive to travel into.
I guess the country has developed a gross happiness index, according to Wikipedia. any other insights? Thanks!
