Bhutan

Jump to last reply

I have done a search here and can't find a lot of recent info so thought I would do a new post.

My hubby & I are contemplating a trip to Bhutan in the next year. I would love to know what agencies anyone has used and what kind of trips you have done. We are thinking of having about 2 weeks in the country. We have done quite a bit of trekking in Nepal so think we don't want to spend time trekking in Bhutan. But we would like to do something that involves a short trek to get to somehere off the roads. We are very interested in seeing a festival and are a bit baffled at the moment as to what festival we should aim for. Is there a big difference between them. We would like the weather to be good and certainly don't mind the cold.

Any input from anyone would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks J
