I assume you mean Bangkok Airport (Suvarnabhumi) and not Hua Hin airport.
What price range are you looking for? A private car transfer (not a "limo" really, but nice car with driver) will run around 3,000 Baht. Check Image Limousine or Limousine Express.
Some of the hotels with properties in Bangkok and Hua Hin have their own transfer services that are reasonably priced (for hotels) - but they're only for guests of the hotel.
The cheap options are public bus and train (although the train may be unreliable at the moment).
the bus is the cheapest, but i would take a taxi or limo from the airport directly.... there is also a train...but bus and train require a transfer into town...
