Bali work-in-progress itinerary: please comment

My trip to Southeast Asia and Australia is fast approaching - 67 days!! I've been reading up on guidebooks on Bali and am working on an itinerary for my 6 days on the island. I plan on spending three days in and around Ubud and the other three days touring with Putu, who I've already booked. I'm thinking about spending a day each in Central and Eastern Bali, and a day in Southern Bali. Here is what I've come up with:

Central Bali - Bali Botanical Gardens, hiking in and around Danau Buyan and Munduk, Pura Luhur Batukau, and the Jatiluwih Rice Fields

East Bali - Taman Kertha Gosa in Semarapura, hiking around the Sidemen Road area, Pura Besakih

South Bali - Gunung Kawi, some time walking around Sanur, Pura Luhur Ulu Watu, and then the airport (I'm flying out around 11pm)

I enjoy nature, gardens, beautiful scenery, walking / hiking, and historic buildings, homes / palaces, and love temples. I will be staying at the Alan Jiwa near Ubud.

Please comment on my plans and let me know what you think. Is it too much or too little for 8-10 hour days? What would you add / subtract? Other suggestions?
