lots of places along the beach boardwalk and the main street
We had great inexpensive massages at a little place next to La Taverna last month. It is on the street side and I think the name is something like Spa Boutique.
We liked Ayu Spa at Jalan Jln Pantai Sindu 17 (tel: 081 338300905), located at the very north of Sanur and Mandurah Spa (0361) 271502. They are located in a small side street accross Lotus Pond at Jalan Danau Tamblingan. When I went there they did free pick up so if you can't find it, just call them.
Thanks everyone for the good information.
