Bali recommendations

I will be arriving on Bali late afternoon and am wondering where to stay my first night (as well as nights thereafter). I'm looking to spend around $10 U.S. a day and need a bit of quiet as well as electricity and clean accom, as I am traveling there for work.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
