Bali in begging of July
My fiancé and I are getting married at the end of June next year we are considering Thailand or Bali for our honeymoon yet we do not know much about Thailand or Bali and would love any suggestion like where to stay my mom has RCI time share, where to visit, and what to do. We would like beaches, mountains, wildlife, not so touristy but we don't mind. Also we have Italy and Greece in mind if you have any suggestions on where would be the best place to visit for our July honeymoon. its greatly appreciated.

July is a fine time to visit Bali. You should have good weather.
Thailand, the Andaman Sea side typically has stormy weather and the beaches may be red-flagged (Phuket, Ko Lanta Khoa Lak, etc). The Gulf of Thailand side will have better weather (eg. Koh Samui)
If you opt for Bali, try to stay away from the Nusa Dua area, a sterile place purpose-built for tourism. Choose a beach and some time inland, near Ubud.
Now is the time to get guidebooks and read about both estimations.

Bali is a wonderful honeymoon destination and late June is a good time to visit -- mostly clear weather and not overly busy. You will get beaches and mountains plus lush tropical forests and lots of vibrant culture. Not much in the way of wildlife except birds and monkeys.
As Kathie says try to spend some time at the beach and some time inland in the Ubud area. I like Seminyak beach and the area outside of Ubud town.
I looked at the MCI offerings for Bali. I didn't spend a lot of time studying all the options but one that looks good to me is Bali Island Villas, for location and design.
Other than that tell us what your budget is and we can give you some suggestions.

Thailand have more wildlife? I do plan to get a guidebook but when we decide on a place we do not have much more time to book RCI fill up fast! Thank you so much when RCI is back up and running I will check that out. as of a budget we don't have one set quite yet but most likely a couple thousand dollars! oh and I do prefer the warm weather
