Bagan Guide Recommendation

After reading all the accolades for Minthu on this board, I contacted him in January or February of this year. His responses were always delayed, sometimes to the point that it took close to a month to get back to me, and the itinerary he suggested was vague (which is mostly okay, but I wanted a confirmation of his services). I tried to get a idea of the cost for our schedule, but since I haven't gotten a handle on what we're doing and he doesn't respond to my emails, it's hard to estimate. Frankly I need to find someone that is more responsive. While he did say he'd pick me up at the airport on the appropriate date, I haven't felt confident that it would actually happen.

Does anyone have a guide that you'd recommend? Not only would we like a guide for the temples, but someone whom could take us to some of the surrounding areas, as well as Mt. Popa.

Minthu might be a fantastic guide, but it seems as though he's way too busy and really needs to hire a business manager if he really wants to grow his business.
