Wondering if anyone has went through this organisation to book anything?

We were looking at a couple of lessons they organise with locals in Luang Prabang and Hanoi related to local trades and crafts. We thought that the traditional doll making class would make a nice break for our daughter and us to do together as a break from sightseeing in Hanoi, for example.

Just wondering if anyone knew them (they seem widespread through Indochina) and if the arrangements have been straightforward and well communicated.
