Well, I would have preferred it if I'd been allowed to actually <i>finish</i> the piece before I had people crawling all over it. It's not even half written yet.
However, I've had hundreds and hundreds of hits, so it's not all bad.

No matter - once again you force my hand. Without such executive action, it'd be another year before I get it perfect. But a lot of the jokes come after about twenty drafts. You're just seeing the first one. There's more to come.

If, for some reason, you don't want to compose in a program like Wordpad and then cut and paste to Wordpress, why don't you use the "Save Draft" and "Preview" functions? Once you click on the "Publish" button, you really have no grounds for complaint when people assume that's what you wanted to do.
