Advice needed please about El Nido

Hi, I arrive in El Nido tomorrow lunchtime and I was after some advice please about the place in general. Which are the best parts to stay, is it the town or somewhere else or maybe it is good to move around every 3 or 4 days?

Budget wise i am looking at around 50-100+ (depends on the place) USD per night ideally right next to the beach.

I will be staying for 14 days and ideally I am just looking to enjoy island life, see the beautiful nature and beaches and maybe grab a few drinks & small parties along the way.

I have been to Gilli Air in Bali and Koh Lipe in Thailand and just love the laid back island pace of paradise. Am looking forward to meeting what seems the Asia style of friendly, warm and easy going people while also enjoying the local food.

All Advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks and have a nice day / evening.

Paul
