Adapters in India

Hi, can anyone confirm that universal adapters such as this one (http://www.amazon.com/All-One-Travel-Power-Adapter/dp/B000YN01X4/ref=cm_rdp_product_img) can be used in India? I know the country uses both round 2- and 3-prong plugs, but just wanted to make sure that I can use such an adapter above (that only appears to have 2 round prongs) to charge small electronics such as camera battery, ipod, etc.
