I had a great time with 3 other Fodorites couples and I hope they all felt the same way. yestravel and husband, progol and husband plus Angela and her husband. We were the first table to arrived at the restaurant and the last to leave! Gaggan was away on holiday but the food was still OK.

if gaggan doesn't stick around more the place will become known as Pook's Place

I'm surprised "the table" hasn't been named after Pook.

Hi hanuman, this is Gottravel, Yestravel's spouse. We had a great time, but when Yestravel tried to post on Fodor's and thank you, she was suspended. Do you think the State of Emergency had anything to do with this?

Hi, yt here. It was a lovely evening and i believe a good time was had by all. You regulars might have been mentioned a time or two, only in the most positive of ways. We interlopers really appreciate all your advice. So thank you, hanuman, for a very fun evening. And thank you to all on this board for so much helpful advice.

Must be a mistake by the moderators and I'm sure you will be reinstated soon. Or perhaps the Shinawatra have bought Fodors?

I had a great time chatting with you all. Tall pink martini and a red wine chaser while running a temperature made the evening even more fun

We had a fabulous time and can't thank Hanuman enough for being a terrific host. It was a pleasure meeting everyone at the gtg, and am amazed at the spirit of the people on this board that allows something like this to happen.

Great restaurant and even finer company.

Paule

PS - we are loving Bangkok, thanks to all the help we got on this board!
