Why Does this Happen? Flight Itinerary
Have a ticket booked with UA/Swiss Air. When I originally booked the ticket, I could log into my UA miliage plus account and see the entire itinerary which is: (UA for two legs) PHX - IAD, IAD-ZUR, then (Swiss Air) ZUR--NBO; return of (Swiss Air for two legs) NBO-ZUR, ZUR-SFO, then (UA) SFO-PHX. Now everything shows up except for the NBO-ZUR leg of the return. I've had this happen in the past too on other trips. I haven't been notified of any cancelled flights and so I'm not panicing yet - but just curious if anyone has any idea of why this might happen and why the full itinerary doesn't show up in my planned itineraries - computer glitches?
I have two separate record locaters and I had no problem getting my seat assignments through Swiss Air by giving them the locater number (did the UA on line). Also tried to look on "Check My Trip" but was told Swiss Air doesn't use Amadeus.
Again, posing out of curiosity more than panic at this point.

I called Swiss International Airlines (rizzuto - that's "Swiss Air")- gave them the record locater number and the customer service rep confirmed for me that all of the legs are there. She had no idea why it's not showing everything in my UA milage plus account. Bizzaro

I've had a few instances where a segment was missing in an itinerary on the United site and it just turned out to be a web glitch (they don't call it "United.bomb" on Flyertalk for nothing). I recall it happening with one of our international itineraries earlier this year and, a few days later, it showed up again. It's a good idea to call, though, to make sure.
