Who do I contact for a refund for 2nd leg of trip?

Jump to last reply

I bought my airline tix from Priceline for a flight on American. About an hour before the second leg of the trip it was cancelled due to weather. I was automatically booked on a flight for the following morning but ended up taking a bus to my final destination. Nothing was offered for compensation. Do I contact Priceline or American for a partial refund or credit? Will I get a refund?
