Which airline flies direct San Diego to Boston

Hello,

I know that Jet Blue has direct flights from San Diego to Boston. Any one else know of any other carriers who fly direct or where I can go to find out this information.

Thank you for your help.

Sandy,

There are several direct flights on AA and UA, but no non-stops. (A less than clear industry distinction.) On at least one of the Direct flights on each, there was a plane and gate change when last I checked. But, because the flight number remained the same, they were listed as direct flights.

Jeff,

I did in fact mean non-stop. Thank you for your helpful reply.

You can use an online flight search tool like kayak.com, or an online travel agency like Expedia.com or orbitz.com to check for flights.

Or, you can use a flight tracking tool like flightaware.com to check for traffic into, out of, and between airports.

A quick search shows that, in fact, only JetBlue has non-stop flights from SAN to BOS.

I read in the paper that on March 29, Delta will have non-stop SD to Boston.

When I have a question like this, I go on the airport's website which lists all flight arriving and departing.

Just learned above about this flyeradvise site. It has a bit of good information but is squirrly in its presentation. For example, I requested airlines between Orlando and Chicago and got WestJet, British Air and Lufthansa as the top three results! United, the obvious first choice, wasn't even shown.

A much better site is the gold standard of airline review sites: http://www.airlinequality.com/ Comprehensive and closer to accurate, many more reviews.

Honestly, the best source for finding which cities are served from an airport is Wikipedia.

For BOS-SAN, JetBlue is currently the only carrier, but Alaska Air starts service in March. A previous poster mentioned Delta, but I'm pretty sure it is operated by Alaska, though likely with Delta as a codeshare partner.

I always go to expedia to see who's flying, who's nonstop, direct, with a bunch of transfers, and get an overview of pricing. Then I do to the airlines own website.
