When should I buy a Thanksgiving-week ticket for Mom DAB-BDL?

She JUST decided this weekend that she wants to come up North from Florida for Thanksgiving, so I started looking at airfares - and YIKES! Cheapest I can find is Delta, 11/20 returning 11/24 for $400.

Any thoughts or suggestions????
