Using Air France RT tix to fly one way

Jump to last reply

I'm sure this has been discussed on this forum, but the search function does not turn up any topics, so forgive the new topic. I can get a RT tix on Air France from Bordeaux to Barcelona for significantly less than a one way fare (about 1/3 of RT) and it would certainly help to fly direct, instead of through Madrid. I do this often do this in the US , usually with overlapping tix--yes, I know not permitted, they track, etc. (I have been doing it for many years, both before 9/11 and after, so if the airlines keep track, they do an incredibility bad job. No surprise). So, are European airlines any more vigilant.
