Transit at Istanbul Ataturk

Jump to last reply

I finally get to Turkey, unfortunately it is only to change planes.

I have a flight from London to Istanbul Ataturk airport, changing planes for Cape Town.
I can find very little information on the airport website about transiting. Do I need to go through Immigration on arrival, and back through departures?

I have just over 2 hours on the way out, but on my return journey the difference is only 1h40 - is this going to be too tight?
All Flights are with Turkish Airlines.

Any help appreciated.
