Hi we are travelling from Budapest to Manchester T3 and arrive at the airport at 1840. We will not be collecting hold luggage just carrying cabin bags. Would we have enough time to walk to the Manchester Train station to get the 1920 train? That would give us a total of 40 minutes to land, clear passport control/customs and walk to the Train Station. Thanks for any advice.

The walk itself is around 10 min. IIRC, so it totally depends on your own flight arrival and immigration clearance details.
thanks for your speedy response. normally the flights are early but don't know whether to wait the 2 hours plus for the next train and play safe. the tickets are non transferrable and that's the problem. thanks anyway.
Both countries are Shengen, so there should be no immigration issues.
The UK is not in the Schengen zone.
Sorry, went momentarily brain dead.
