Just announced today that the 300lb woman who sued SWA for charging her for two seats because she couldn't cram her fat ass into just one seat lost her suit against the airline. I agree with the airline. If she takes up two than she an pay for two. <BR> <BR>Any thoughts?

Instead of making fat people pay more, why not shoot them in the terminal so they never even board. We could do the same with people traveling with little kids.

Maybe we should join with the fat people and DEMAND the airlines make the seats bigger. The only folks truly comfy in a airline seat are children and people under 5ft 4ins tall and those that weight under 160 pounds. <BR> <BR>It really is horrible how we are packed in like sardines. My poor hubby is 6ft 1ins and miserable in an airline seat. And no not an ounce of fat on his body.

Screw you all! I won't pay for an extra seat. I've solved the problem by eating the skinny bitch next to me. I get a delicious snack and an extra seat for free.

O.k....O.k... <BR>This might not be PC, but I agree...if a person can't fit into one seat then they need to pay for two. I *also* agree that the seats need to be a little larger to make us all more comfortable. <BR>Look at seats in arenas and stadiums! They are getting smaller also! <BR>Kittie
