Quick Question on Virgin Flights to Washington DC

Hi all - can anyone tell me which aircraft are used by Virgin Atlantic on their Heathrow - Washington DC route please? Thanks

According to the flight guide the aircraft is listed as a 744.

Virgin's computer indicates they fly an Airbus A340-200 on that route, at least through the end of July (as far as I looked).

Zoggy, It wouldn't be unusual for you to depart on one aircraft and return on another. I flew NY to Heathrow on 5/22 on an Airbus (343?) and returned on a 744 on 5/28. Guess you'll find out when you find out!
