I read about this company today.
It's an interesting concept.
I tend to get anal about seats on a plane. When I book a flight and not happy about what's available, I have to dog reservations to see if something is cancelled.
Looks like this does it for me.
Has anyone used this company before?

with all the strictures about who's allowed to book what seat (for ex on UA, only gold and above can pre book Econ + before T-24) and other airlines with similar rules about exit rows, etc., how can this service get you a better seat? Maybe get you out of a middle IF there are seats available but that would be about it....
PLUS you have to give an outside service your FF and password # - which in mu case would give them access to CC info. No thanks.
mztery - having read an article on this, it seems that the main advantage occurs when people cancel their flights, and seats become available.
I usually check several times a day when I'm looking for a better seat. This seems to be able to check 24x7.

I understand what it does, I just don't think there's much advantage unless you know you are stuck in a middle seat and will take any other seat. But my two objections remain - prime seats like exit rows and Econ Plus are only reservable within certain parameters, AND you're giving an unknown service your FF log in password.
