Midway connections

Jump to last reply

Having changed travel plans, I am finding myself having to transfer from one flight to another at Midway Airport. Both flights are on Southwest Airlines, but the reservations were made separately, so I am a little concerned about making my connection.

First flight gets in at 11:55 a.m. --- then departing flight goes out at 1:10 p.m.

I see on the Midway Airport terminal map that Southwest flies in and out of both concourse A and concourse B.

Assuming my first flight arrives on time, is this enough time to make my connection? With my usual luck, my flights will be arriving and departing in separate concourses - and probably from the furthest possible gates apart.

Does an hour and fifteen minutes seem okay? I will have only carry-on, and will try to sit as close to the front of the first plane as I can.

Am I going to have to sprint???
