Lounge facilities in terminal 7 LAX after long haul from Oz?

Jump to last reply

Hello fodorites, I am after a little advice on terminal facilities in LAX please.
My friend and I will arrive on a Qantas flight from Australia and have a 4 hour hour layover before continuing on to Vancouver on United from Terminal 7. Last time we did this our LAX to YVR was with another airline from terminal 6 I think and we used the Delta lounge (connected by tunnel) to have a shower before continuing on.
From what I can see its only United in Terminal 7 (with no shower) - and it appears that we can't connect airside with other terminals from T7. Is this right?
Any advice would be most welcome :)
Thank you
