Logging into my Aadvantage account
Here we go again...can't log in using the correct stuff. This is about the fifth time it's happened, and I am SO tired of having to call. Any suggestions?

I haven't been able to log in in months, lol, and have so far refused to spend the time on the phone to fix the situation. Good luck!

I've never had any trouble logging into my account, although I don't do it weekly. I did it twice today with no problems. Sometimes I forget my username as they use your email address, but it always takes my AA acct number easily, anyway.
I only do it on a PC, though, just using Chrome, if you can't log in, maybe it's the device you are using.

I haven't had any problems and I sign in often, several times over Thanksgiving as we were flying AA. I use Windows on my PC and Safari on iPad and iPhone. Can you speak to Aadvantage's technical dept?
