Is Delta Economy Comfort worth it

It will cost $109 each way from Atlanta to Rio and Buenos Aries to Atlanta (may include Atl to Boston- not sure but don't care about the short flight as much) It is only 4 inches more room.

Having ponied up an extra $98 for an American Airlines flight from Houston to London in their "Main Cabin Extra", I found the additional 4" legroom well worth the money.

Ditto for us. Took Delta to Tokyo and Bangkok with Economy Comfort. 10 hours and another 6. We had reservations about what 4 inches would mean but for some strange reason it made a huge difference. Seemed like much more room. However the extra incline was hardly helpful and in some ways uncomfortable. It felt like I was slipping forward. If they only had foot rests! But, all things considered, would ld do it again for sure.

Thanks everyone- I am now giving it serious consideration. I am also wondering if the price will drop if i wait- anyone have an opinion on that?

Perhaps, but you also run the risk that all of those seats will sell out.

I've never seen the EC seat price drop. Not counting 24 hours before the flight when any elite medallion member can pick up any available seat for free.
