How to get ticket copy for miles

Jump to last reply

I flew on Lufthansa last November and gave them my mileage account for United. Now I find out I did not get credit for the miles. So I sent in my itinerary, receipt, and boarding pass to United but the request was denied. The airline wants a copy of the tickets which I don't have. I called the major internet travel agency where I purchased the tickets only to be given a run a round. First they said they don't keep copies, next they said it's kept on microfilm. Anyone have similar experiences and any success or failures in obtaining missing miles?
