This is a business trip and I've never been to New York before. I don't know what to expect regarding early morning traffic and security lines at the airport. The owner of my company's evil assistant booked this flight for him, a co-worker and me. Help!

I frequently fly a 6:00 am flight from La Guardia. I usually arrive around 4:15 am. Although there is already a considerable line at check-in, the wait for security is not bad. To be safe, I'd give it 90 minutes. You can always sit and enjoy java and a bagel before the flight.
