Flight not always appearing on United website

Jump to last reply

I'm planning a trip from Chicago (ORD) to London (LHR). The ideal, but flexible dates of travel are Saturday, May 10, returning Saturday May 24. I want to leave Chicago on the early 5:00 am flight, connecting in New York, arriving at LHR at 9:20 pm.

I've noticed that sometimes the flight from Chicago (UA5261, then UA922) is on the website, sometimes it's not. When I use the United timetable function, it's there. When I search for a one-way flight, it's there. But when I search for a round trip, it's gone! I also logged into my account, don't see why that would matter but I did just in case.

I'll probably have to call United, but I strongly prefer to book on line. Anyone else experience this or have any suggestions?

Thanks
