Flight insurance on Jet Blue

I am considering buying flight insurance for a flight that I am about to purchase. However, on the Jet Blue site, all it says is that I would:
"Get reimbursed up to 100% of cancelled trip costs due to covered injury, illness, or other covered reasons"
I am assuming the phrase "Covered...illness" has to do with a pre existing condition.
Does anyone have any experience with what this means when used by Jet Blue? As far as I can see, there are no definitions on their website.
