Hi All
Can you advise me--
I have a medical condition that makes it painful to sit. I'm looking for a transcontinental flight with full flat seats SFO to BOS in May 2013 so that I can go to my son's wedding (lying down). Do you know of any airlines that offer that service?
Thanks a bunch,
Dafka

Unfortunately, not between SFO and Boston. Virgin America's nonstop service in first class is very comfortable, but the seats do not recline to "fully flat," although they do recline quite a lot, and offer fantastic legroom.
Both UA and AA offers flat beds in First Class - and in business as well in the future - from SFO to JFK. You just have to connect, and both AA and DL have regular donestic first class JFK-BOS, with AA all on mainline jets.
So, the apparent choice is First Clas on AA, via JFK.
Thanks a lot!
