I looked at BA's web site and see that some flights have a new first class upgrade. How can one find if one's flight is new or old first class?

Wonderful, thank you for your quick response
Here is a quick link to an 'overview' dashboard showing routes with New First: http://ftdashboard.net/overview/baflights.htm
Click on your routing for a chart showing frequency of New First flown for the last several months.
Some routes have New First equipment almost 100% of all flights. Some routes are rarely served with NF equipment. However, you might get lucky. Last month I returned from Bangkok to Heathrow, a routing which the chart shows with a low percentage of NF flights. It was old First outbound and NF inbound.
I've also flown NF several times to/from Hong Kong. Once from Chicago. Never from Seattle.
