Delta International--amenities?

I know--some of you are already laughing because I used "Delta" and "amenities" in the same breath....

Seriously, I have heard that Delta no longer offers pillows, blankets or amenity kits on their International flights (except in first class). Does anyone have any recent experience with an international Delta flight?

I know it is not a big deal (I won't touch those nasty blankets and pillows anyway!)...I'm just curious how far the level of service has eroded....
