Looking for flight for son from San Diego to JFK on Thursday 05/24 and return Monday 05/28.
Usually book American Airlines but the flight is coming in at $1,088.80. Did a bit of a search and can get him a seat on Delta for $318.79. Just a couple of aisle seats left which he wants (tall) and way at the back of the plane (757). The price is right. Any reason that you wouldn't go with the Delta flight. I admit I know nothing about Delta.
Thanks for any suggestions.

No, there isn't. Pull the trigger before you can't get that great fare anymore. Do it now!
The late flight on AA is still only $328. But if he needs to go early, yes, take the DL flight now. CO's morning non-stop to EWR is already $454. Jetblue is also $400+.
Thank you Flyboy and rkkwan. I needed the nudge.
